The Antarctic experience is so worth the effort and investment, it is magnificent beyond words.

How were your experiences on the zodiac excursions and shore landings?
Highlights were taking zodiacs through thousands of pieces of ice while humpback whales coming up within 1 meter of the zodiac.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Getting a glimpse of what the frozen world and more importantly, what a pristine environment looks like. It shows that we can enjoy wilderness areas if we make the effort to consciously leave no footprint.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Just go.
