Perfect choice—would not change a thing.
If Swoop arranged some of your travel before/after your voyage. How did we do?
All logistics were in perfect order. A stay at Hotel Arakur in Ushuaia is not to be missed—the resort is amazing.
How were your experiences on the zodiac excursions and shore landings?
Expedition staff were phenomenal. Baby penguins, adult penguins, minke whale up close, and fantastic shapes and color of icebergs were all highlights. Ever-changing landscapes provided lots of photo ops.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Just DO it! And don’t worry so much about Drake Passage.
