Amazing encounters. Humpback whales and orcas, many many penguins and seals and birds.

Fantastic staff. Everyone on expedition team was friendly and amazing. Safety was first. Every team member was enjoyable to spend time with daily.

Great ship. Very comfortable. Food was well above expectations. Staff was amazing and friendly. Everyone from hotel managers to servers to bartenders. Very friendly and professional

Best interactive cruise experience. I would never want to cruise down on a larger vessel and now have options to do daily shore excursions

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?

Do not book a cruise that does not have daily shore excursions. More than 50% of the boat had sea sickness issues a mini of 1 or more days. Get prescription strength motion sickness meds if you arr even slightly sensitive.

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?

Communication prior to trip was highly misleading and confusion. Way too many pdfs to root througb to find anwers. The contacts were not knowledgeable on cruise questions and mislead me. After many emails woth multiple representatives, i had no questions answered. Guidance was not specific to ships and wrong for my cruise. Very frustrating to not have packed some essentials and purchased the wrong items.

Was there anything else Swoop could have done for you to help you prepare for your trip?

I was very under prepared. Shoe guidance was wrong. Schedules were wrong, packing guidance was wrong. There were major elements of the cruise not clear ahead of time or cruise was entirely different. Ship wifi, entertainment, alcohol policy, jacket policy, sea sickness, shoes, bathrooms, daily schedules, all items the guidance and descriptions were wrong. Sorting through many many pdfs it was difficult to find answers, many i wasnt able to. The pdfs werent helpful knowing if i had a question i had to download and read an article and hope it had answer. If it didnt, you never got an answer through talking to agent. No search festure to even find which of 12 pdf documents i should download.
