The whole trip was incredible! Definitely a trip of a lifetime, Antarctica is so spectacular from the fascinating ice bergs, the cutest penguins and the majestic whales! My heart skipped a little when we were kayaking and 4 humpback whales were swimming a couple of meters from us! Truly incredible!

Crossing the Antarctic circle at midnight on new years, stepping foot on the Antarctic continent (our 7th continent!), PENGUINS, kayaking through ice and snow and among giant icebergs, polar plunge, standing on point wild (elephant island), the opportunity to have had Greg Mortimer as our expedition lead, walking amongst the wildlife at fortuna bay (South Georgia), observing chicks at the Falklands…truly so many memorable moments it’s impossible to pick just one!

My most memorable moment was finishing the hike from Godthul to Sandebrugten and being greeted by a curious baby fur seal who cutely charged at me.
