Yea very safe and features of spurt island.
Tell us about the expedition team
Yes friendly and knowledgeable. Not the par of the arctic Smithsonian crew but good
Tell us about the Lyrial, Boreal, Soleal and Austral
Lyrial. The ship is showing wear. Many cabins were in need of repair. Room comfortable and well stocked. Plenty of hot water.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Don’t overpack. The French passengers are more concerned with dress code.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
The immense difference between the arctic and Antartic.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Suggest kayak sign up in advance. The difference of 150 Euros between pre book and on board booking.
