Too many to tell. The visit to South Georgia was spectacular. The ability to see so many penguins and fur seals in their natural habitat was spectacular. But best of all were the guides. They were outstanding. They went above and beyond to make our trip both enriched and kept us safe.

If you have never been there, there is no way of preparing for the impact of being there. The untouched, natural beauty, the mighty icebergs, the silliness of the penguins. You will be spending hours just sitting in one spot adoring the view. Also don't forget: this is not a luxury cruise, this is an expedition.

Paddling in Fournier Bay surrounded by humpback whales. There were blows everywhere. There were whales trumpeting. Two sleeping whales floated to the raft of kayaks and then veered off in a quick turn with flipper up and were about 10 meters from us. We could smell their breath.

9.5 put of 10 Great excursions with a blue sky day on a zodiac near ice bergs and whales the highlight. People on the boat a good mix and we found a like minded 8 which we largely shared the adventure with. Surprise was the intensity of the trip... 3/4 full days.

There were so many, and lots of emotions being there getting to experience it all, finally. One highlight was our first landing, the weather was good and we got to see our first penguins. Also having a zodiac stop on our final cruise for hot chocolate out on the water was a beautiful end!

All of it...the guides were amazing, the food was awesome, the crew that kept everything clean were great, as well as the servers for the meals. The lectures put on by the guides helped to understand the fragile ecosystem on the continent. Most memorable was the kayaking....
