Wow! Where to start? Maybe it was the Orca whales swimming around the boat for 30 minutes? Maybe it was the Humpback whale that breached several times. The leopard seal and that terrifying yawn / grin was impressive. Hundreds and thousands of penguins; they are almost as fun to watch walking as it is to watch them swim! The icebergs are overwhelming in size.

There were so many memorable moments. Seeing a pod of Killer Whales, setting foot on the 7th continent, the Elephant Seal pups looking up with those adorable eyes, the King Penguin chicks running and flapping around trying to shake off their down coats. What a trip!

The experiences offered by Oceanwide, including daily landings, kayaking, mountaineering and zodiac cruises as available. This provided days filled with adventure and bringing you up and close and personal to the vast and beautiful landscape.

Hard to choose just one! Penguins swimming underwater in mass. A huge, unusually large pod of Orca feeding. The magnificent mountain peaks and sunlit valleys beneath them, and on and on. Truly something I will remember every day of my life!
