Customer Rating On return from their adventure we ask customers: “On a scale of 0-10, with 10 being the highest, how likely is it that you would recommend Swoop to a friend or colleague?”
When they cancelled our flight back because the runway was not safe to land the trip was ruined. They had no other backup plan to get us safely off Antarctica. We are currently rocking and rolling in the Drake Passage on the Nova and won’t be home for at least 3 more days. All our reservations to get home had to be cancelled and rebooked. At the least we’re spending another $3-5K to get new reservations to get home. No one so far is offering to compensate us for our troubles. The only reason we booked this trip with Antarctica21 was to avoid the Drake Passage. That was their selling point and they blew it. My wife has been sea sick ever since we started sailing north and we won’t be off the boat until Friday, if then.
