This was my second trip to Antarctica with SWOOP and it wa smooth and seamless. I loved our evenings at the bar with the music - and of course all the zodiac cruises and landings. Whale watching was excellent but it was kind of sad that we couldn't have hung around with the whales on our last day as we were cruising back to Ushuaia.

Sailing thru the pack Ice wending our way past/thru the ice-burgs bumping into some along the way with the glaciers/Ice shelf in full view with the occasional roar of avalanches and carvings.

The vistas and scenery was absolutely stunning. We were fortunate to have chosen an expedition that was science and environmentally oriented. The expedition leaders were amazing. Of course the wildlife was the main highlight of the expedition.

This is such a difficult question because there were so many amazing things! But I think the first time that we took the zodiac through a bunch of penguin filled icebergs was amazing!

The most memorable moment was when I first set foot on Antartica on Cuverville Island. After 6 days in getting there, including 1 very long sea sick day in the Drake Passage, I finally was on Antartica!
