St Andrews Bay in South Georgia with the massive king penguin colony and seeing the A23a iceberg at such close quarters was a photographer's dream as the backdrop of that iceberg and all the sea ice was such a great place for wildlife.

The day we went kayaking, walked on the actual continent of Antarctica for the first time, did the polar plunge, and watched whales at midnight. Nothing came close to that day.

We see a whale passing under our boat. Penguin parents are taking care of their babies. We had our wedding onshore at Antarctica!

We were in the South Georgia Islands on on Christmas day. It was snowing/sleeting and the swell was almost two meters. The expedition team were skilled at getting my friends and I getting into the zodiac and touring us along the shore line to see macaroni penguins, fur seals, gentoo penguins, elephant seals and Weddell seals up close and personal. It was certainly a Christmas I will never forget.

Being able to set foot on Antarctica almost twice a day was incredible, and my most memorable moment was visiting Brown Bluff and seeing hundreds of thousands of penguins!

There were too many to count. But at the top of the list was the immense size of the icebergs, the fun way the penguins jump in and out of the water as well as their flying through the air while they swim, and the beauty of the landscape.
