The spectacular day with the whales dancing for us all. What a show! I love the glaciers, the total quietness and most of all, the feeling that we as human sapiens are simply a dot in this world when you are surrounded by the white centuries-old glaciers. The ship operator's staff was really excellent. I love how the whole trip was so well organized, and the staff of the vessel Resolute was undeniably very friendly. My most magical moment was the sunset whilst laying in the sleeping bag camping on the glaciers. An epic sight of the magnificent sunset in the South.

Wow and wow! The scenery, wildlife, the ship crew, the adventure guides and most of the guests on board. Magical was when the zodiacs were zig zaging through the loose ice floes.

The ship was very stable, nice and the food was better than expected. The staff was very professional and always helpful. The group was a microcosm of the world with people from all over. 99.9 percent spoke English and we all got along wonderfully. My roommate was great and the cabin location was perfect for an old guy. Three of us had a birthday on the same day and we got cake and a song which was special. The only reason that I wouldn't visit again is due to my age. I do not recommend the hotel where I stayed, plus the cost of the private transfers which should have been better explained, otherwise it was great.

The trip was great. The highlight for both my husband and I was the iceberg "garden" at Pleneau Island. The icebergs were so amazing and it was fun to see seals hanging out on some of them. That day was windy and cold. We're both very glad we didn't skip the harbor tour. We saw even more penguins than we expected and were surprised by how close we were to them in some areas, mostly as they were walking to and from the ocean. Being able to experience nature in it's natural state was a once in a lifetime experience. Seeing a Macaroni Penguin at Half Moon Island was my "runner up" highlight of the trip! We enjoyed seeing a lot of Humpback Whales too. We met many interesting people on the trip too. The expedition staff were very nice and knowledgeable, and all of the crew on the ship were wonderful. There were 2 things that were a little disappointing. The first was that there was a large group of Dutch people on our ship and they mostly kept to themselves. The other was that we didn't get to see the Beagle Channel well. On the way out we followed another ship that left late. By the time we were coming through it was dusk and then dark so we couldn't really see it. On the way back, we picked up the pilot at 2 am and were at the dock by 4 or 5 am. I thought I would have a chance to see it.

The trip was well organized. For me the highlight was crossing the Antarctic circle. Unbelievable landscapes and wild life. The biggest surprise was the hitting of the iceberg "a Titanic event".

Was great. Amazing sights and scenery. The huge penguin numbers at Salisbury Plain and St Andrews Bay were mind blowing. Albatross at Prion Island and the scenery was stunning.

The trip was well organised and went as well as the weather allowed. The highlight was undoubtedly the day we walked on the main continent twice, saw whales, did a Polar plunge and went sliding down a hill near Neko harbour. The group was great, a lot of groups formed but everyone was friendly to each other. Every one of the crew was also helpful, cheerful and friendly. The penguins were cute, the icebergs immense, the seals all over the place and the whales frustrating

We saw a lot of ices, which is all whites, the scene is fantastic. I believe that there will be no where else like here in Antarctica. The penguins and seals are so cute, and we saw many of them. It was my first time seeing a whale this closely. the weather there when we went ashore are amazingly sunny; people on ship are all nice and kind, we really enjoyed talking to them when we had a coffee or tea on deck 5. I will definitely recommended this trip to my friends.

Camping

Interrupting my dinner to walk up onto the deck to discover that the cove we were to be camping in that night was lit with the most beautiful light, and the water was mirror still. I noticed while eating that the evening light was changing and I thought it might be a great time for photography. It was the absolute most breathtaking moment of my life.

The ice. I was very interested in seeing the different types of ice and snow. Icebergs were on my bucket list and I loved being around them.

Every moment of my solo Antarctic Adventure! I loved it all and I already want to go back!
