My feet touching antartica for the first time. The hike up to gorgeous views at the top is the snow covered mountains. And to be there in the moment I’d live whales and penguins all around me. Wow!

It is hard to choose just one, but I think I have to go with seeing gentoo and chinstrap penguin chicks. To be so close to nature happening, it is amazing. The other one was a one-minute silence we did in a Zodiac. It is incredible how loud and beautiful the sound of water is, ice melting, ice carving.

When the emperor penguin slid across the ice floe and came right up to our zodiac. He was curious and unafraid to examine us for what seemed like an eternity. It was magical and unreal! What a thrill to engage with this majestic creature.
