At the relaxed and modern bar, a wide selection of malts, distillates and spirits are carefully combined and transformed into original signature cocktails. These pair well with an excellent choice of local bites. The hotel's expert bartender Tato Giovannoni created the cocktails list with recipes inspred by traditional Argentine heritage. Mixed with his own alchemy, drinks like coffee, Torrontes wine, Hesperidina (Argentine aperitif) and mate (traditional caffeinated South American herbal drink) take on a whole new meaning in the cocktails here!
