Overall, how was your trip?

I think for me it was the feeling of a vast space, extraordinary geological riches, of course the wildlife, but also the human footprint.

In one sentence, what did you think of Antarctica? Did it live up to your expectations?

An excellent experience which exceeded expectations - not that I really knew what to expect despite having been to the Arctic!

Would you visit again?

Maybe

How was the service that Swoop provided?

Excellent service from Swoop - not least the arrangement of our Chilean tour (Chiloe Island) as well!

How likely is it that you would recommend Swoop to a friend?

You chose a/an 66 Degrees South Fly Cruise experience. How was that experience?

To fly the Drake Passage gave us a particular advantage - more time where we wanted to be.

If you received our guide to Santiago before you travelled, what did you think of it? For instance (but not limited to):

We did not have time to effectively visit Santiago (half a day) and relaxed instead before a long overnight flight back.

If Swoop arranged some of your travel before/after your voyage. How did we do?

Every logistic worked efficiently from airport meeting to departure.

How were your experiences on the zodiac excursions and shore landings?

Good landings and exercise (!) and good vantage points on land for wildlife and landscape.

Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?

Oh yes - thinking ahead about the next one!

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?

Fly the passage - already been asked by a potential voyager

Is there anything you would recommend we change to make trips like yours more environmentally sustainable?

No
