The best part of the experience; setting foot on land and just being among the icebergs; the colors in the water were incredible
Tell us about the expedition team
Danny and his team were exceptional. The most outstanding ones were Gretchan from Estonia, the doctor who was so knowledgeable and friendly, Dan the bird man, and Olivia and Julia. My favorite lecture was with Danny and early expeditions. He is a great story teller with great humor.
Tell us about the Seaventure
Loved the size. The food and cabin were outstanding. Staff was perfect. Would go on it again, definitely.

Was unable to do this due to the weather.

I appreciate the great experience. It seemed like a lot of work to get everything done paperwork wise but it took us three times to get there due to Covid. Carol Copeland from our group spent a lot of time getting information. I would recommend and have this trip to anyone wanting to go to Antarctica. I only regret not going to the South Pole.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Expect to spend a lot of time doing paperwork.

I appreciate the planet even more. I loved seeing the land and the water and the animals.
How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
Extremely, it took us 3 tries to get there due to covid.
