10/10 The captain, crew, hospitality staff, and expedition leaders are all beyond excellent. This trip was also the one that provided the most days on ice compared to other trips (within a similar price range). They were well prepared for every possible contingency, with many backup plans, all of them pretty much as well-executed as possible.
