I first travelled to the White Continent in March 2018 onboard the Ocean Diamond. My 13-day voyage was everything I had hoped it would be, full of humpback whale sightings, zodiac cruising to towering glaciers and spending quality time with inquisitive penguins. The cherry on top was a 2am toast as we crossed the Antarctic Circle, certainly a memory I will forever cherish.

I’m always keen to take a look around the vessels that head down south, and this particular keen interest led me to spend an off-the-grid week in Longyearbyen in 2019 checking out several of our favourite expedition ships before they headed north. It’s the small details that can make a big difference.

I love helping our adventurous clients get their adventure to the end of the earth right, as I know it’s normally a once-in-a-lifetime type of trip. Having visited and travelled around Patagonia extensively over the last 5 years, I love building itineraries that combine both. This is very much all part of the fun; be it a few days in Torres del Paine National Park, or a three week trekking expedition before setting sail, I’d love to help.
