有一次風浪較大，行使過程中 海水都潑在身上了，有點狼狽，但其他時候都很安全舒適

最喜歡 Jenna Claire Silk，她很親切溫和且充滿熱忱，她帶我們出去 science boat時，很細心講解，我們還一起看到鯨魚 女性工作人員都很親切專業可靠，令人安心，Belinda、Candice也都很好
Tell us about the Roald Amundsen
三個餐廳的主廚非常優秀，對台灣人而言非常適合，尤其自助餐廳有熱湯麵，非常適合寒冷的天氣，亞洲人真的喜歡熱湯、熱食，亞洲菜的口味也很優秀，調味非常像臺灣味道，水餃也很好吃，建議之後可以加入甜湯（例如 熱的甜紅豆湯）、日式料理、火鍋、拉麵 9樓餐廳的食材及服務都很棒 建議早餐選擇可以更多元，或許可以加入（日式蒸蛋 茶碗蒸）、臺灣蛋餅、如果想增加早餐豐富度，歡迎主廚來臺灣 了解臺灣早餐文化

建議可以提醒顧客客服服務時間，尤其在遇到週末假日時，亞洲客人還有時區問題，所以服務時間建議標注時區，如果溝通過程會橫跨週末，建議在週末前最後一封信告知週末休息，及星期一會在幾點鐘（時區）開始上班服務，否則顧客可能會焦慮客服沒有回應，畢竟是金額很大的交易，且如今網路詐騙盛行，大家沒有安全感，感謝
