Nice vessel and accommodating staff. Cabins, facilities and food were as expected for a ship of that size and class. Communications, particularly with the air provider, were totally inadequate.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
The likelihood of delays on the air/cruise options needs to be stressed. We have had a full 4 days (so far) when flights have been cancelled…
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Kudos to Ale in Santiago, who stepped in and made every attempt to get the information we needed.
