The advertising of this cruise mention bar open. That's not true. You have to pay for your drinks. Wine and beer are free in the dining room at dinner time as long as you eat.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
The Drake passage is terrible. It has been a bad moment to go thru for many of us. Bring patches and pills for sea sickness and motion. It is a MUST.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
About the Drake Passage, yes. Many of us were hurt and injured. Sévèral thousands of dollars of damages. The beauty of Antarctica is indescriptible. It is mind blowing.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Make sure you let your client know aboutwhat to expect in the Drake Passage and about the changing wheather that has a significant impact on the stops you are making. Most on people were not aware of that.
How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
Very well prepared and excited. The trip of a lifetime.
