Tell us about the expedition team
Fantastic expedition team. Very knowledgeable and kept us informed and entertained all the time. While all the members were fantastic and excellent thruout the journey, some were exceptional - the reception staff, doctor Pranav, Leo, TA, Jarryd, Alysha, Will, Randy, Michael, Vince, etc. My favourite lecture was about "Shackleton expedition" and "the race to the South pole" by Will.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Excellent must-do once in a lifetime trip - for exploring, appreciating and respecting the vastness of the Antarctic continent.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Better than expected. Earned more respect for the continent and appreciation for the expedition team / staff that make it more memorable.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Excellent working with Kate (Swoop support team) throughout the process. Crossing the Antarctic Circle / Landing on Antarctic mainland is a major lifetime achievement. Appreciate if Aurora is able to give out certificates with factual information about crossing the circle and landing on the Antarctic.

Over prepared. Always better to be prepared than be sorry

This helps ratify our journey and proudly showcase our achievement. Shouldn't be such a difficult ask.
