What was your most memorable moment?
Bringing my 84 year old Aunt to shore fulfilling her lifes dream to visit what we affectionately have called Aunt-Artica <3 She worried that she was too old to go and she was treated SO kindly by all the staff and expedition leaders. Thank you!

Tell us about the expedition team
All leaders were knowledgeable, accessible and friendly. We had the best team. Richard tended to my Aunt kindly every time we ran into him teasing her in the most loving way and making her smile. We loved Polina and her happy disposition and her "concert" on our next to last evening. Lousia was amazing with her whale knowledge and Jacqueline is now and forever dubbed the "mother nature of the sea" by us. We appreciated each and every team member, but these are the ones we had the most interaction with.
Something Else?
Toni in the kitchen staff is amazing. We just fell in love with him and he went above and beyond in caring for us every time we entered the dining room for a meal. We always wanted him as our waitstaff. Beautiful human!
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Be flexible. Manage your expectations. We really wanted to visit the Penguin Post Office, but understood that it was for our saftey that we had to keep moving around to avoid strom systems. Watch other people's visits on Youtube to learn more about what to expect.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Yes, its hard to put into words. Antarctica is a magical and wondorous place.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
The light switches were confusing and it was hard to turn the lights off at night. The buttons seemed to do different things every time we pressed them! haha

I was super stoked!!
