Seeing iceberg close in person, hearing, smelling and witness penguin, and penguin colonies, whales, seals, birds, walking on peninsula in freezing rain, riding zodiac, and celebrate my birthday on the ship with wonderful chief chef, crew members, my wife and friends

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
For summer trip to Antarctica, no need to pack too much, one pair of down pant or thermal pant to wear inside the water proof pant provided by the program is mostly adequate, one inner layer inside the parka provided by the program, that is all you need to get in zodiac and get on land

How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
Over prepared, i packed way too much clothing, should've cut it in half
