Professional and warm service. personalized care for everyone. Lecture suitable for all ages. team with very international background
Tell us about the Expedition
Pros: very communicatable service team. experienced captain. Food cares all needs Cons: one cabin window leaking. stairs too steep for elders. Last day breakfast too simple.
Tell us about the Camping
Wonderful view. but wakeup and return time not assigned. So people need to wait hours in freezing morning wind for the last one to get ready.
Something Else?
We have all the traveling days in good weather. very very rare and incredible. so the trip may be a bit overrated. But still a BIG thanks to Swoop and G Adventure
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
This is suitable for all ages. don't even need to be brave to enjoy.sea sick pill is a must

This is the only international land. it teaches you responsibility more than anywhere else
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
We are really benefiting from the team (Sarah,Lu, etc) and materials. but translation is tough. Please add translation button to different languages in your webpage. and turn on subtitles during zoom meeting
How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
Very prepared. won't be prepared if not reading your materials. suggest to have a "must read" list. otherwise people will ignore them in tons of less important materials
