Tell us about Zodiac excursions
The zodiac excursions were so fun! They gave us a chance to get closer to wildlife and the views than we would have been able to from the ship. I felt safe the entire time and trust the expedition team completely
Tell us about the expedition team
The team was incredible! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They all had great senses of humor and it was evident that they really enjoyed their roles. The lectures were incredible, very informative without feeling too advanced for someone with little baseline knowledge. Their stories were especially enjoyable. I felt like they really worked hard to make this trip special for the guests on board, and I felt so safe on expeditions and during the polar plunge with everyone! They all stand out, honestly - just incredible people
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Everyone piece of advice from the planning team was so helpful, the only bit I would add is that there was quite a bit of downtime on board, guests should bring books or something to occupy their time. There are only so many lectures available. We had games on board and they were great!
