What was your most memorable moment?
I can’t place one moment as the most memorable because this trip was so incredible and had many unbelievably amazing moments. Highlights were watching humpbacks breach in Bancroft bay, seeing a pod of orcas swim under the boat while crossing the straight, paddling with penguins and seals, taking a polar plunge in paradise bay, and seeing a rainbow over the towers in Torres del Paine.

The zodiacs were really fun and I really enjoyed cruising around.
Tell us about the expedition team
The expedition team was amazing! They were so knowledgeable and fun to talk to. I can’t pick a favorite lecture because I found them all interesting and enjoyed learning about the history, animals, and landscape that make Antarctica so beautiful. The entire team deserves a stand out because they were all great!
Tell us about the Paddling
I loved paddling and would definitely recommend it. KP was fantastic and the entire trip was very enjoyable.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Use swoop and definitely go!
