What was your most memorable moment?
It was all great. Probably seeing Smith Island at midnight on way home was particularly surreal. Glacier Sur Trip at El Calafate was particularly special and very well executed.

The team leader Chloe was truly exceptional. Also standout were Coen Joyce and Werner. Plankton lecture
Tell us about the Ortelius
Ship was better in flesh than on the pics. Cabin was good. Food was decent Only negative was the coffee which was pretty dismal
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
My luggage was lost by Latam so keep critical items in carry on.

Great to experience a true wilderness and understand its fragility

The prep was good. Of course we all took too much gear
