What was your most memorable moment?
The cruise was exceptional. Swan did a fantastic job throughout. The food, the beverages, and the service exceeded my expectations. The trips to the shore were extremely well planned and executed.

The ship was very well appointed. Our room, the food and beverage were exceptional.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
A few items to note. You do not need heavy boots. Just good shoes that grip the ship deck surface. Also, they did provide hiking poles, so those were not needed.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
The medical clearance was a little cumbersome. But I appreciated the ship credit for our frustrations. A few small things about the ship would have been helpful. Like, there is a full room service even for breakfast. The information on the Swan website is not very good, so I'd fill in the holes on your side.
