Hotel Cabo De Hornos is not good. A21 passengers seem to be booked in the older tower 1 which faces the plaza. These rooms don't have AC. The rooms were hot even with the windows open. Between 1 am and 3 am loud motorcycles drag race outside the hotel. Saturday nights (we had two) were especially bad. The noise was ear splitting.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Book the kayaking. If not experienced, take a private kayaking lesson at home before leaving - you'll feel much more confident about getting in and out of the kayak, adjusting the steering pedals and paddling in general. We did this and get confident being on the water despite our lack of experience

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Be upfront about the risk of having the Antarctic flight cancelled. Apparently it's 20% of flights. Also, look into why passengers with Silver Seas were flown to and from their ship whereas A21's passengers were not - despite the airport being reopened/kept open
