Tell us about Zodiac excursions
These were fun! I was always curious about how people sat on the sides w/o falling out until I learned that there are ropes to hold onto. My most memorable cruise was the one where we actually "touched" Antarctica. I hadn't planned on going but was talked into it by 2 team members who had one of the drivers take me over and bring me right back. I had the Zodiac all to myself!

I must give a "shout out" to Aleisha, CeeCee, Dan, Thomas, Tom, and Jeff. I enjoyed the lectures re glaciers and penguin counting.
Tell us about the Greg Mortimer
The ship was excellent. No issues w/cabin or service. The food for the most part was great. Yes, I would sail the GM again!
Tell us about Santiago
What a beautiful city! The highlight for me was the Sky Tower, but the winery and city tour were also good. I would have liked to walk around the bohemian neighborhood.

How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
I was excited about sailing through the Drake Passage. However, we sailed through the "Drake Lake" rather than the "Drake Shake", which I was looking forward to.
