Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
They need to be more informative, accurate and clear about the information they disseminate to their customers. Very disappointing experience and I will never use Swoop again nor recommend them to anyone.
How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
It would have been nice to know the times we were out on the zodiacs was only 1.5 to 2 hours in the morning and then the afternoon. I would have planned for more leisure time on the ship.
