Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Yes, find a travel company that will provide great customer service; unfortunately my experience with Swoop was lacking in this area
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
1. Send Cecelia for customer service training. Her responses were either non-existent, delayed by 2-5 days, or very condescending 2. Provide better communications with both the traveler and the companies that you contract with on the ground (ie Walk Patagonia); in our case, they had different itineraries that we did on several occasions 3. Speak with the travelers BEFORE the trip to make sure that proper sized vehicles are used for transporting.
