What was your most memorable moment?
Walking into the colony of King Penguins in the Falkland Islands. Also, cruising Hercules Bay with the sun shining on the macaroni penguins.

SWOOP should explain the differences between base camps (ice sleeping) and kayaking because we thought that our cruise included those activities.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
To absolutely include the Falkland Island and South Georgia for truly life changing experiences.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Yes on global warming, environmental cleanness, and my view and interest in birds.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
The team was great, and the video about the trip was super informative and better directed us in what to pack (clothing needs to be waterproof versus water resistant).
How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
Very excited, but if we knew what we know now, we would have been beyond excited.
