Something Else?
We had an issue with Doctor's hours. I wanted cold meds (self conscious snuffling around the other passengers) and I made an appointment during his "office hours" but these conflict with expeditions/landings and I had to cancel on an occasion and rearrange. This is also a problem for the expedition team members, on the same landings. Maybe office hours could be changed from 0800-1000 and 1600-1800 to 1100 to 1430. I know the ship's doctor has responsibilities to the ships crew as well, but.......

The relationship between Swoop and Polar Latitude appeared "fuzzy" to me but I'm not sure this is important to the overall customer experience.
