Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
It is easy to over dress and bring far more than you need. I literally wore the same clothing on all the excursions with the exception of underwear. I experienced a pretty aggressive schedule, don't expect allot of down time. From daily briefings to classes, science projects, technical instructions, etc...
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Yes especially how I look at climate change and global warming,
How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
My expectations were met or exceeded on all levels...
