What was your most memorable moment?
Hard to determine which one was the most memorable as every day was historic. If I had to pick one I think it would be when the captain stopped the ship in the middle of the night and alerted all the passengers to the huge number of whales on both sides of the ship. Literally hundred's. I stopped for about 2hrs to let everyone enjoy the sightings.

So enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They had done it a hundred times but you would think it was their first time.

Incredible ship. First class in every way. Staff from the guy vacuuming the floors to the top person all fantastic.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Be sure to get to BA early at least a few days so to avoid any issues with weather. Weather in Toronto and back east was terrible and if not a few days cushion could have missed the flight to the tip of Argentina to meet the ship. Plus so many great historical things to see there. We did the private tour through Seabourn. Fantastic, the tour and night at the tango show was the best
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
There is defiantly a disconnect between Swoop and Seabourn in terms of communications. That could be tightened up for sure. Things like ordering up the parka has to be done through the Seabourn Club not Seabourn of Swoop itself. Small details.
