Enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
Tell us about the MS Expedition
The perfect size - big enough for comfort and small and tough enough to get where bigger vessels wouldn't have been able to.
Tell us about the Camping
Very enjoyable but overpriced. I would say to others that we enjoyed the experience but for anyone experienced with camping it should be clear that tent hire and a zodiac landing shouldn't really be that expensive. (I understand that the toilet arrangements were bound to be primitive but the privacy was really non-existent seeing how they were positioned down-slope from the tents and right next to the landing area`.)
How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
Well prepared in terms of equipment etc. but was still surprised how beautiful the place was - huge jagged mountains the further south we went etc.
