The expedition team were not only experts in their field but presented their knowledge well. Love they added humor as they educate us.
Were Swoop right to recommend Quark Expeditions?
Yes

Great ship and the crew handled the ship so well.

Glad I used a patch and did not get seasick as my main concern. Glad to survive the Drake Passage. I definitely use Quark again.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Don’t need to bring fancy clothes. Antarctica is much colder than the Arctic so layering is a must. Take advantage of the activities such as paddle boarding and polar plunge.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Yes, now I am interested to check out South Georgia as well.

The team was helpful and great customer service
How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
Quite prepared but did not realized how cold and windy Ushuaia can be.
