What was your most memorable moment?
That is hard! Everyday we experienced memorable moments. If I had to choose, I would say watching the whales spying and diving. It was an incredible sight!

Tell us about Zodiac excursions
These were incredible! We were able to see so much and enjoy the wonders of Antarctic without worry about safety. The guides on the zodiacs were full of information which they readily shared. Memorable zodiac cruise-with the whales!
Tell us about the expedition team
The Expedition Team was personable, interesting and full of information. Overall excellence! Stand out staff: Dan, James, and Nathan. Favourite lecture-the one on Whale poop
Tell us about the National Geographic Resolution
Beautiful ship, cabins were clean and comfortable. Laura was excellent, very personable and her staff was superb! When I was seasick, the food staff brought me rolls and ginger cookies. Yes, I would choose the Resolution in a heartbeat again,
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Read all the information given to you and do some research on your own. If you are inclined to motion sickness, be prepared and take the meds. If you are even considering taking an Antarctic trip, do it!
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
The air was so pure in the Antarctic, I worry about pollution (both air and sea) moving into this pristine part of the world.
