What was your most memorable moment?
Nick - kayaking through the icebergs and probably also visiting Deception Island and the sheer size of the icebergs Wendy - going through the iceberg strewn waters in the zodiac with amazing colours particularly the brilliant blue

Tell us about Zodiac excursions
Very much enjoyed and great care was taken with every passenger - excellent briefings most memorable floating through the mini icebergs and gathering ice for the bar!
Tell us about the expedition team
Very knowledgeable and friendly. They were equally excellent. Favourite lecture given by Danny the subject being early, lesser known, explorers
Tell us about the Seaventure
Cabin, food and everything else absolutely first class and we would definitely choose to travel on Seaventure again

Cancelled by the ship because of the weather.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Check if jackets included or not. They were on Seadventure Keep packing to a minimum. No formal clothing needed. Seasickness prevention - we found the patches worked very well crossing the Drake
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Increasing awareness of climate change and how important it is to control the number of visitors and perhaps keep the super multi story cruise ships out of the area
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
We we would prefer you to do more of the booking and be accessible by phone rather than 100% on the internet
How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
We found the pre-trip video very helpful. Being so busy in our workings lives excitement only came upon us as we had the first glass of bubbly leaving Heathrow
