Clear blue skies, zero wind, flat ocean with icebergs floating around everywhere, in a zodiac with penguins popping up all over us, and a seal belly-flopping up on an iceberg 20' from us

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
It's so difficult getting there with Covid these days, that the whole team needs to be very well informed of protocols and process. We had some almost devastating hiccups, and response time was not acceptable for such a trip (know you have a lot to cover, and are short staffed, but an email response saying it may take me 7 days to get back to you is not acceptable for this level of trip)
