What was your most memorable moment?
Adelies at Brown Buff...doing the penguin march all along the beach, thousands all marching in the same direction.....something i will never forget. they were all so busy with their days work. the ice in in Lindliad Cove and the leopard seal

Superb. far more penguins than i every expected, and the noise of them all and that of the fur seals will stay with me.

Very very safe.....some super leaders and drivers.
Tell us about the expedition team
First class. all bar a couple very friendly and helpful.
Tell us about the Greg Mortimer
Food good, but to bland for me. ship did live to expectations. was excellent to have the real Greg on board.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
If doing Greg. no need to take walking poles. i certainly took to many thermals, and i never needed a dry bag, pockets on the provided clothing were enough. we did however have exceptional weather
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
To be away with 90 people for 3 weeks and not see another human, except at the two shops......
How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
Yep i was well prepared but had spent hours researching shame no aurora facebook page to get other peoples views in advance
