Overall, how was your trip?
A simply stellar experience all around. The ship was beautiful, the crew and the expedition team were the kindest people on the planet. The travel companions were excited and fun. The scenery was a beauty not expected to be seen on our planet. The food was amazing. And the wildlife provided an unexpected level of joy and awe.
In one sentence, what did you think of Antarctica? Did it live up to your expectations?
Antarctica was a magical, enchanting place of changing beauty.

How was the service that Swoop provided?
It was the greatest blessing to run across Swoop in my research! The service was superb in every way imaginable!

How were your experiences on the zodiac excursions and shore landings?
The expedition staff were beyond knowledgeable, fun, friendly, and made us feel safe and confident. It was amazing how much we were able to do and see in those excursions and landings. The expedition staff did everything they could to ensure that we saw as much of everything that there was to be seen!
If Swoop arranged some of your travel before/after your voyage. How did we do?
Bravo!! Everything went along without a single glitch!! Smooth sailing, every detail was accounted for. We were very very pleased with everything! Thank you for a job well-done!!!
How would you describe {vessel.title} if talking to somebody potentially interested in going to Antarctica, and what tips would you pass on?
I was not expecting such a lovely ship! It was lovely in ALL ways. The cleanliness, the decor, the amenities, the FOOD, and most of all, the crew--all OUTSTANDING!!! The captain did his job expertly as expected, however, it seemed that he went way over and beyond the call of duty with accommodating us to make sure we saw as much of the wildlife as possible for as long as possible. I don't think I am exaggerating when I say that he turned the ship in circles for about 2 hours so that we could "hang out" with the pods of orca whales!
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Go through Swoop and get aboard the Ocean Endeavor!!
